I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #160773) registered with the California Board of Behavioral Science and practicing under licensed supervision.

I provide telehealth therapy to clients throughout California.

My work is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed.

 

I support individuals, couples, and families navigating grief,

life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity concerns, and relational challenges.

 

I integrate a mind–body perspective and honor how culture, family systems,

and lived experiences shape the way we relate, cope, and heal.

 

I strive to create a grounded, supportive therapeutic space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and empowered to build clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
