My Story

I was born and raised in India, before moving to the US. This background has given me a unique
perspective and a deep understanding of the diverse cultural landscapes that families navigate.
Having been through the process of transition to a new country, I understand the challenges of
major life changes. The process of relocating and establishing roots in a new country was more
daunting than I anticipated. This experience led me to embark on a journey of personal growth and healing, enabling me to uncover my purpose—to facilitate mind-body-spirit healing and help others find their guiding inner light.

With a warm and compassionate approach, I am dedicated to providing
a safe and nurturing space for people as they journey through life's transitions, uncertainties,
anxiety, and trauma.
Life's challenges can evoke a range of emotions, from grief and anger to uncertainty and fear.
No matter what challenge you are facing, you are not alone!

I am here to offer support every step of the way.
Areas of Focus:

  • Career transitions and workplace challenges

  • Relationship evolution: Navigating changes in individual and couple's relationships, including parenthood, and friendships.

  • Family challenges: Managing conflicts and embracing changes

  • Relocation adjustments: Adapting to new environments

  • Academic journey: Navigating educational experiences

  • Self-discovery and personal growth

  • Abandonment trauma: Nurturing self-worth

  • Anxiety management

  • Navigating uncertainty

My Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach revolves around creating a safe, non-judgmental, and nurturing space
where individuals, children, families, and couples can delve into their emotions and thoughts related to their challenges. I am committed to a trauma-informed, holistic therapy style that recognizes the profound connection between our bodies and minds.

Unresolved emotions reside within the body and can also manifest as physical conditions.

Instead of solely processing experiences cognitively, I
assist in integrating the natural bodily (somatic) responses into the healing process.
I utilize Somatic Experiencing (SE), a mind-body healing modality that facilitates the healing and
resolution of trauma and emotional wounds. Each session is unique, honoring what emerges in the moment and what works best for every individual’s needs.

My practice is also rooted in attachment theory, recognizing the significance of human relationships in emotional development.

I also incorporate Polyvagal theory, prioritizing nervous system regulation. This understanding equips individuals with practical tools to navigate challenges by recognizing the stress response, including fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. This knowledge empowers individuals to respond more effectively to stressors. By cultivating inner safety, I empower clients to build resilience and manage challenging situations.

Drawing upon my personal journey and professional training, I've developed a holisticapproach that integrates mind, body, and spirit in the pursuit of wellness.
